Career Opportunities

we_are_hiring

Are you curious, adaptable, empowered, and have a sense of humor? Do you want to help a small yet extremely influential and talented team reach ever-higher goals and win ambitious and impactful projects? We want you to join our remote team.

We are not a “salesy” organization. We need someone who naturally exudes confidence, is friendly and articulate in all forms of communication, and, above all, genuine.

We need someone consultative — someone who can collaborate with our clients to deeply understand their needs — so knowledge of accounting principals is a must.

We need someone collaborative. This is a salaried position, not commission-based, so it’s critical to work and to communicate well with clients and internal team members throughout the lifecycle of a project.

We need someone who appreciates diversity. You can learn more about why diversity is important to our team here.

There’s room for growth. We love promoting employees from within. Our team has many facets and opportunities to grow both laterally and vertically.

We love our remote workers! Eighty percent of our team works remotely, so we’ve made it a part of our culture. We need someone who's comfortable (and productive) working in a remote environment.

Note: All positions require (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree.

  • Working in a world-class distributed / remote team environment
  • Flexible schedule, can work around family functions
  • Technology stipend to cover home office expenses
  • Education stipend
  • Health insurance, 401k match, disability insurance, incentive program, HSA
